Delete SNPs

You can Delete SNPs here.  You can choose between two options:

a)
graphic

This will allow you to select which SNPs you want to delete  (use the <ctrl> key when selecting more than one SNP)

b)

graphic

This will remove all the SNPs in your study.


In both cases, deleting a SNP means that all the Genotypes corresponding to this SNP will be also deleted.
